UA 3

Get the training you need to be able to receive & clear permits to work. This one-day course, followed by a half-day assessment, is essential for candidates to be able to explain safety procedures and the role of the safety document holder to a group of workers using schematic diagrams and maps.



Pre requisites: UA 1, UA 2. It is also highly recommended, although not essential, for candidates to hold a First Aid Certificate.



  • Understanding of electrical network diagrams
  • Placement of Earths
  • Issuing process of safety documents
  • Receiving of safety documents
  • Responsibilities of holding a safety document


UA 3 Assessment

The half-day assessment is carried out the day after the training course, however, if a candidate feels that he or she already has the skills required to be able to pass, there is an assessment only option available.
