UA 304 (UA2.3)

City & Guilds level 3 Certificate in Utility Arboriculture Aerial Pruning

This course 1 day course covers:

  • Site Zoning
  • Increased training in basic pruning principles
  • Different cuts and their uses
  • Rope assisted felling techniques
  • Climbing techniques essential for aerial working around live overhead lines.

Pre requisites: UA 301, 302, 303, 305 and  CS 201, 202, 203, 204 (Previously UA1, 2.1, 2.2 CS30, 31, 38, 39)

Assessments

There is a full day of assessment following completion of the course. If you are interested in an assessment only option, please get in touch as this may be possible if you have the necessary skills to be able to pass the assessment without further training.
