Dealing with windblown trees can be very dangerous and unpredictable without the correct training to reduce the risks. This is an interesting and informative course, and a must for anyone working with storm damaged trees.

Pre-requisites: 201,202,203,301

• Health and safety regulations and guidelines
• Risk assessment and emergency procedures
• Assess fully windblown and partially windblown trees
• Options for dealing with trees on site safely
• Sever windblown trees using appropriate techniques
• Operate a winch to control movement of root plate
